As a conscript of the Danish military I acquired an effective skill set, which I benefited from in both commercial and educational situations. I was selected as 1. Scout and as a result I became a decision-maker within my platoon (both on a strategic and tactical level). One important learning outcome from this experience was to cope with stressful situations and conduct effective and constructive decisions.
